One of our family traditions is to go up to Ogden and visit Santa at the Christmas Village. The kids look forward to it every year. We always get hot chocolate to keep us warm and there is usually a Christmas performance to entertain while we wait. This year Ethan was actually able to get out of the car and "sit" on Santa's lap. However, as you can see in his picture, that didn't go over very well.

Your post last year said that you heard the oldest living child with HLHS is only about 14.
There are quite of few HLHS patient in their early to mid 20's. I have HRHS and I am now 30. If you want I can get you in contact with a few older HLHS patients.
Really- your Africa trip sounds like a dream come true. I want every detail when you get back. Someday I will go there, someday....
It was so good to talk to you today, I just wish it could have been longer. Even though I am jealous of your trip, I hope you have ther greatest time ever. I can't wait to hear about it when you get home and we can have dinner. Have a great Christmas, Love Jody
Love the pictures. The picture with Ethan crying on Santa's lap remind me of his Dad. I put together a video that has pictures of us growing up and whenever there were pictures of us with Santa I noticed that there were no pictures of Tim on Santa's lap. Then I remembered when he was young he was VERY afraid of Santa. Just a cute story about my little brother. Love ya Bro. I am so excited for your trip to Africa Allison.
How fun! It looks like they all had such a great time, although Ethan was crying he looked cute...good luck on your trip, sounds exciting! Enjoy your holidays!!!
Hugs,
Mike
